Even with the Housing Our Neighbors plan’s new framing, there must still be transparency and accountability. The Administration has yet to lay out clear and transparent policies, metrics, and timelines. Housing Our Neighbors must lead to actual major reductions in homelessness, improved housing quality in NYCHA, and stability and opportunity for tenants and homeowners. At the same time, we expect and will continue to advocate for tangible impacts for our communities and we await detailed policies and objectives and the necessary funding to realize those outcomes. Most often, it's old habits brought over from years of using certain render engines that are at fault. Many of the priorities in the plan reflect years of advocacy by ANHD and partners, and we applaud their inclusion. If you're thinking about switching over to Corona from one of those engines, and you have scenes that you can't get to render correctly, have a look at this video to see what you might be doing wrong. However, I'd like to point out this great video they released on their Youtube channel about the most common user mistakes people make when switching to Corona from most other render engines, like Vray or Mental Ray. You really don't need to change anything, except in rare cases. One of the things I love most about the engine is that there are so few things that can go wrong with your rendering, and most of the time, the settings Corona has by default, directly out of the box, are the optimum settings to use. It has come a long way since then in its official release, and in my honest observations, having used nearly dozens of render engines over the years, feel Corona is one of the best out there.

As many of you may know by now, I'm a huge fan of the Corona render engine for 3dsmax and have been using it since the free Beta releases.
